Abbey Animal Hospital’s Clinic Cat | Freddy, came to us from the Oakville Humane Society as an emergency. He had been hit by a car and unclaimed by his owner. He soon had us all smitten and needless to say he stayed. As a valued member of our team he spent his days greeting people and their pets as well as taking naps on the front desk. He often showed a mischievous side and kept us entertained with his antics. In his senior years he liked to nap in the office in his heated bed with his “staff” near by to tend to his every need. We were fortunate to enjoy his company until he was 19 and he left us on December 7, 2017.
2010 – 2023
Duncan passed peacefully on August 10th, 2023, with his family by his side. He lived a great long life bringing laughs and happiness to everyone he met. Duncan was a big, gentle dog, who loved to play and was always calm when meeting those who were scared of dogs. He changed the lives of his family and will be dearly missed. Thank you for everything, Duncan. We love you, puppy.
